I made some paper stars very similar to this and hung them on the tree this year. LOVE them, but I'm afraid they will get mooshed when I pack the tree up.

So I think I've mentioned a couple of times that we are renovating/redecorating/sprucing up the house, and I'm thinking I need to make a tin star, paint it black and hang it in the bathroom or in our bedroom (or BOTH!! - I LOVE stars!!) ~~ too stinkin cute!!!
Idea #2 -- Hubby n I went to a fundraiser last spring and we got 3 of these little lanterns. (They are off-white and very distressed. The picture makes them look gray - sorry!!) I love them, but I haven't done anything with them - - YET!! I had been kicking around the idea of cutting the word JOY out of red or burgundy vinyl and putting one letter on each one......... but then this morning **BAM!!** a
Put a little tea light in them, and light them, and hhmmmmmmmmm too cute!!
So - thinking of our bedroom - - I want to do it in Gold and Mustard/Darker Gold and Black. I have this *vision* in my head and it's sooo pretty - I wish you could see it!! I tried to explain it to the hubs, but he didn't get it. If you've done your bedroom or another room in these colors and posted it - let me know! I'd love to see your pictures!!! And I can show the hubs and he can stop looking at me like I have 2 heads!!!
